Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a training environment.
• Excellent team-building, communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with departments to define training standards.
• Develops training records and tracking systems.
• Delivers and audits MSHA-related training and company policies.
• Maintains ISO QSOPs, ESOPs, and work instructions.
• Schedules training across all departments.
• Produces reports on training outcomes and compliance.
• Partners with the union training coordinator to ensure consistency.
• Identifies future training needs and drives continuous learning.
• Ensures safety, environmental, and productivity standards.
