Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Senior Manager for Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and development for the Patient Engagement Centers. You will work with internal teams, BPO partners and AI-assisted processes to ensure high-quality, scalable training and documentation.

You will drive curriculum design, e-learning content, and ongoing capability improvements while coaching the training team and aligning with stakeholders across IT, clinics, and operations.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver onboarding and development programs.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with current processes.
• Develop and maintain e-learning modules and videos.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers
• Development of e-learning modules, videos, instructor led and web-based training content
• Coach, Develop and Mentor the quality, training and development team
• Identify and assess future and current training needs for the team
• Oversee senior Supervisor who has oversight for quality consultants who performs quality evaluations on patient interactions
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and report on them to the business
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content relevance
• Support ongoing leadership development for supervisors and staff
