Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Patient Engagement Center Senior Manager Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and development for new and existing employees, including BPO partners. The role ensures documentation, quality standards and effective training delivery across the Patient Engagement Centers.

You will create and evaluate training materials, develop e-learning modules, coach the team, analyze quality data and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience designing and executing training programs; familiarity with classrooms, e-learning, workshops and simulations.
• Experience with learning management systems and multiple delivery modalities (self-paced, mobile, instructor-led, asynchronous/synchronous e-learning, blended learning).
• Experience in eLearning development and course building with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline 360, Cantasia, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Subject matter expert for Patient Engagement Center processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
• Development of e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based training content.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, Develop and Mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs for the team.
• Oversee senior Supervisor who has oversight for quality consultants who perform evaluations of patient interactions.
• Partner with stakeholders to assure content relevancy and delivery.
• Support ongoing development of Patient Engagement Center employees.
• Evaluate quality data and scorecard metrics and recommend training changes based on results.
