Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Training Integrator to join the Factory & Field Training Team. You will coordinate between Factory Training & Field Training and Production Operations for Marietta and support Greenville locations, tracking project status, Learning Plan enrollments, and schedules to ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or training operations within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Atlas Learning.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of training design and delivery processes for skilled labor forces.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training integration by developing and maintaining master training plans aligned with objectives.
• Monitor day-to-day execution of training projects and manage schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure timely communication.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain progress.
• Capture lessons learned and propose process improvements for efficiency.
• Prepare data-driven status reports and presentations for leadership.
