Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced training specialist to establish and direct aircraft structures training for C-130 and F-35 programs, delivering classroom and practical instruction to maintenance, production, and flight operations teams.

You will maintain currency in technical advances, coordinate internal systems, review lesson plans, and ensure course control documents, while providing technical consulting to engineering teams to meet contractual training

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years production experience with C-130 and/or F-35 structural aircraft build experience.
• Oversee C-130 and F-35 skills centers and deliver structures training to production and flight operations teams.
• Ability to read, interpret, and instruct blueprints and process specifications.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs on installation, maintenance, and repair of aircraft structures and tools.

Responsibilities

• Review lesson plans and materials for technical instruction.
• Maintain instructor currency and proficiency.
• Ensure course control document reviews and roster accuracy.
• Provide technical expertise in consulting roles to engineering and production teams to meet contractual training requirements.
