Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Erlanger, KY is hiring a Level 3 Training Operator for a 12-hour day shift. You will help start up, shut down, sanitize, and operate packaging and process equipment to meet quality and cost targets while upholding safety and food safety standards.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, monitor quality, handle documentation, and support maintenance with troubleshooting and minor repairs. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate start-up/shutdown, sanitation, and packaging/process equipment to meet quality targets.
• Work in a team to promote safety, food safety, and clear communication.
• Monitor product quality, weight and packaging, and document/process deviations.
