Perfetti Van Melle USA in Erlanger, KY, is seeking a Level 4 Production Lead to oversee the operation of production lines, ensuring timely, high-quality candy production.

You will coach hourly staff, conduct on-the-job and formal training, enforce safety and quality standards, and keep the Manufacturing Supervisor informed of issues and performance.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass drug screen, and willingness to work a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Overtime hours to meet customer demands.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
• Must wear PPE (safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, etc.).
