Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the 12-hour night shift in Erlanger, KY. The role involves testing, auditing, and supporting food safety and GMP compliance to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

Responsibilities include data input, equipment calibration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and issue resolution in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a lab environment or food manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP/food safety principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and/or auditing to ensure products meet specifications.
• Input analytical data into lab management systems.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support corrective actions.
• Monitor production lines and perform audits for quality and food safety.
