Responsibilities

• Coordinate training projects end-to-end, including intake, development, deployment and stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage schedules, logistics, venues, invitations, and AV needs for sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Handle invoicing, POs, archiving and material production related to training programs.
• Support onboarding and audit initiatives within the LCoE training operations.
• Act as subject matter expert for training coordination and execution.
