Build our future together: The purpose of the Training Coordinator, Senior Specialist role is to ensure the smooth and effective execution of training projects by managing and coordinating the intake, development, deployment and collaborating with all key stakeholders to deliver successful learning programs. Location

Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ (this role is not eligible for remote work).

Responsibilities
  • Apply seasoned training coordination experience to independently resolve complex problems that significantly impact the cost or efficiency of training operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and proactively address problems within the scope of responsibility.
  • Make recommendations on new processes, tools, and services that can impact training projects.
  • Modify existing LCoE tools, techniques, and processes with approval from leadership.
  • Contribute actionable ideas in logistics and quality meeting sessions.
  • Cross‑train in other overlapping LCoE areas (Onboarding, Training Quality, Compliance).
  • Project management: account for the project lifecycle of a deliverable, track and manage key milestones, determine project and workload priorities, and recommend process improvement and streamlining.
  • Invoicing & POs: manage PO and invoice processes, identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Archiving: lead the team in identifying files for archiving at the end of each project, account for material upload, and continuously improve and automate the archiving process.
  • Support training sessions—virtual and face‑to‑face—by creating and managing session schedules, invites, meeting links, rosters, room bookings, and AV requirements.
  • Coordinate catering and supplies for in‑person LCoE events and provide online support during live virtual sessions.
  • Manage the production and delivery of printed course materials when required.
  • Oversee all pre‑ and post‑program activities and surveys for both classroom and online training.
  • Perform all UAT testing on LCoE deliverables, identify patterns in issues, and recommend resolution and development process improvement.
  • Support the onboarding function of the LCoE team and any operational audit initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for training coordination and execution.
  • Exercise effective interpersonal, communication, training, and problem‑solving skills within Training Operations and interact with key stakeholders on project execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience, with a preference for prior training operations experience.
Salary Range

$83,800.00–$136,800.00 annually.
