Job summary

BioSpace seeks a Training Coordinator, Senior Specialist in Armonk, NY (or Warren, NJ) to ensure smooth execution of training projects by coordinating intake, development, deployment and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver effective learning programs onsite. The role covers project lifecycle management, invoicing/POs, UAT testing, and supporting both virtual and face-to-face sessions.

A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred; emphasis on process improvements

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Preference for prior training operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, development, deployment of training programs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage project lifecycle and milestones, prioritization, and invoicing/PO processes.
• Perform UAT testing and leverage team relationships to improve outputs.
• Create and manage session schedules, invites, links, rosters, and room bookings for virtual and in-person training.
• Support instructor logistics, travel guidelines, attendee rosters, AV requirements and printed materials.
• Lead on onboarding support and assist with operational audits as needed.
