Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) is seeking a Senior Content Media Specialist to create engaging media for training, employee development, and initiatives. You will shoot, edit, direct and deliver multimedia content, advising on best practices to boost learner engagement and performance.

Collaboration with trainers, instructional designers, and SMEs is essential, with a focus on high-quality video and graphics production for internal/external use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field and 4 to 7 years relevant experience in creative media production.
• Ability to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video products.
• In-depth knowledge of video production processes, special effects and editing.
• Proficiency editing with Adobe Premiere and designing professional graphics with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Self-starter, team player, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce, direct, shoot and edit visual media for Training and other departments.
• Contribute to training development plans and content schedules.
• Advise internal clients on training and learning challenges to yield results.
• Manage post-production equipment, programs and file management processes.
