Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Content Media Specialist in Maryland to produce, direct, shoot, and edit visual media for training and employee development. You will advise internal clients and work with trainers and subject matter experts to enhance knowledge transfer and learner engagement across the organization.

The role emphasizes pre-/production/post-production oversight, safety focus, and local travel as required, with a compensation package including annual salary between $83,200 and $114,400

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field and 4 to 7 years relevant experience in creative media production.
• Ability to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video products.
• In-depth knowledge of video production processes, special effects and editing.
• Professional expertise editing with Adobe Premiere and designing and creating professional graphics utilizing After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated individual that works well with a team and adapts to dynamic environment changes.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create and produce creative media solutions, including web-based file posting, conversion, and streaming.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated desire to learn new technologies, techniques, and storytelling processes.
• In lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce, direct, shoot and edit visual media used by Utility Training and other organizational areas.
• Contribute to training development plans and content schedules that support Training organization objectives.
• Interpret, understand, and advise internal clients on training and learning challenges to produce solutions that yield desired results.
• Responsible for ensuring post-production equipment, programs and file managements processes are kept current.
