• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4–7 years in creative media production.
• Ability to shoot, edit and produce high‑quality video products.
• Deep knowledge of video production processes and editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere; design graphics with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Self‑starter, team player, adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
• In lieu of degree, 6–9 years of relevant experience.

• Produce, direct, shoot and edit visual media for training and initiatives.
• Advise internal clients on video and media solutions to boost learning outcomes.
• Coordinate pre/post‑production activities and file management.
