Job summary

Exelon's Training Design & Development group seeks a Senior Content Media Specialist to produce media that supports organization goals, including video, digital graphics, animation and photography for training and development.

You will direct, shoot, edit and deliver visual media content, advise internal clients on best practices, and collaborate with trainers, instructional designers and SMEs to improve knowledge transfer and training effectiveness across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field and 4 to 7 years relevant experience in creative media production.
• Ability to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video products.
• In-depth knowledge of video production processes, special effects and editing.
• Proficiency editing with Adobe Premiere and designing graphics with After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Self-starter who works well in a team and adapts to dynamic environment changes.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience creating media solutions for web posting, conversion, and streaming.
• Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, techniques, and storytelling methods.
• In lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce, direct, shoot and edit visual media used by Utility Training and other organizational areas.
• Contribute to training development plans and content schedules that support Training organization objectives.
• Interpret, understand, and advise internal clients on training and learning challenges to produce solutions that yield desired results.
• Responsible for ensuring post-production equipment, programs and file managements processes are kept current.
