Job summary

QinetiQ US in Los Angeles seeks a Training Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate training and development activities for government personnel, with emphasis on HR, IT/ telecommunications, and cybersecurity within a SCIF environment.

The role requires working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure program success, including DAU courses and government record-keeping management. A TS/SCI clearance and 15+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience planning/directing training in a SCIF environment.
• Knowledge of DAU courses and government records management.

Responsibilities

• Provide training materials and on-the-job/classroom training to Government personnel.
• Develop and maintain databases to support training mission requirements.
• Manage personnel/human resources tasks and prepare reports.
• Assist with Government civilian record keeping and DAU course participation.
