Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a Training Manager to lead training programs for Government personnel, ensuring on-the-job and classroom readiness. The role collaborates with technical teams and stakeholders to support training missions and records management.

The ideal candidate has extensive HR, IT/Telecommunications, and Cybersecurity experience in SCIF environments and is certified in DAWIA and DTS. This position emphasizes cross-functional coordination and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required.
• 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Information Technology/Telecommunications, and Cybersecurity in a SCIF Environment.
• Knowledgeable and certified in Air Force records management (DAWIA) and DTS.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and any necessary material for the purpose of providing on-the-job and/or classroom training to Government personnel.
• Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard funcational databases to support training mission requirements.
• Provide personnel management, human resources management, and other forms of support including conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and records management.
• Assist with managing Government civilian record keeping.
• Attend training provided by the Government such as Defense Acquisition University (DAU) courses.
