Job summary

NLACRC is seeking a Training Specialist II in Chatsworth, CA to manage training transcripts, enrollments, and LMS operations as part of the Training and Development team.

You will serve as a trainer for new hire training, act as an instructional designer, and prepare strategic reports for the supervisor. The role supports both in-person and online learning initiatives within a private non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of related training and LMS administrator experience.
• Training and Facilitation Certification or 2-5 years in training facilitation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; eLearning software (Articulate 360); Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training transcripts in LMS and manage course enrollments.
• Serve as trainer for NSO training protocols and other sessions.
• Lead administrator of LMS, training library, and training platforms.
• Coordinate in-person training setup and collaborate with other departments.
