Job summary

The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in instructional design and strong Articulate360 proficiency, supporting employee growth and organizational goals with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of facilitation and instructional design experience preferred.
• Training design using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick’s Model.
• Proficiency with Articulate360 tools and LMS administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Director of Talent Development to design and deliver training materials.
• Lead engaging workshops virtually and in-person for credit union operations, lending, and onboarding.
• Own full project lifecycles for training initiatives, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Manage LMS administration, reporting, and auditing to ensure data accuracy.
