Job summary

Form Energy in Weirton, WV is hiring a Senior Training Analyst to own the training function end-to-end, from day-one learning content to scalable programs and partnerships that build the regional skills pipeline. You will manage programs, perform needs assessments, design instructional content, onboard new hires, and build internship-to-FTE pathways, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, education, or related field.
5+ years in technical training, program or project management, ideally in manufacturing.
Track record running structured programs end-to-end: scope, budget, timeline and stakeholders.
Experience setting goal frameworks and translating goals into metrics.
Experience working with data: pulling, analyzing, presenting training metrics (Excel).
Ability to spend significant time on the production floor in PPE areas.
Strong facilitation and communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Own training function as a formal program: define scope, roadmap, timelines and risks.
Build and manage core training programs end-to-end and drive continuous improvement.
Set training goals with leadership and report progress quarterly with measurable milestones.
Prioritize programs across multiple production lines and shifts.
Run needs assessments and develop instructional design from complex tech content.
Design and run onboarding for new hires and scale ramp-to-competency.
Lead community outreach and internship pipeline to convert to full-time roles.
Own LMS data, compliance, and regular reporting for leadership.
