Job summary

Form Energy is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist for the Weirton, WV site to own programs, events, and logistics that create a welcoming, connected workplace. You’ll work hands-on with a manufacturing workforce across shifts.

The role focuses on engagement, onboarding, and employee support, with relocation assistance available and a collaborative People Team environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at FF1.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in employee experience, HR coordination, event planning, office management, or a closely related role.
• Warm, people-first presence and energy to make people feel welcome and celebrated.
• Experience with a manufacturing workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Employee Experience program on-site at the Weirton factory, including events, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
• Plan and execute onboarding sessions and manage new-hire logistics, badges, and setup.
• Support HR questions, maintain employee records, and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
