For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Training & Development, Obesity & Related Conditions to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will shape learning strategy for a specialized therapeutic area, developing programs that strengthen readiness, capability, and execution across the organization. The role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create scalable learning experiences that align with business priorities and compliance expectations. It also requires translating complex subject matter into engaging, role-based curricula that supports adoption and measurable impact.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $156,777 – $212,110 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of impactful learning solutions for obesity-related conditions
• Develop scalable, role-based curricula across various learning formats
• Apply adult-learning principles to create engaging learning experiences
• Manage cross-functional learning projects and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale organizations, particularly in pharma or healthcare
• Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects in evolving environments
