Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelors, or Associate level with large-scale learning strategy experience.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning program management.
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical and commercial concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding content, launch readiness, and field learning initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects and external vendor relations from design to implementation.
• Define learning KPIs, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
