Team Rubicon is seeking a Senior Associate, Mission Support (Advanced Skills Training) for remote work across the lower 48 states. You will lead Sawyer, Route Clearance, and Roof Tarping trainings, coordinating with branches to deliver complex multi-day events and ensure high-quality instructional delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the military, non-profit, or emergency management.
• Skilled group facilitator with an ability to balance patience and command.
• Proven record of personnel management experience such as recruiting, managing, training, and developing employees and volunteers.
• Project Management Skills: planning, executing, and overseeing timelines, resources and team members.
• Experience with technology tools and remote working for coordinating with a large network of staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute TR's training strategy across East & West branches to enhance rapid disaster response.
• Recruit, hire, develop and supervise instructor cadre (sawyer, route clearance and roof tarping).
• Forecast program needs with regional branches and complex multi-day trainings.
• Support incident resolution involving RC, Chainsaw, and Roof Tarping programs.
• Develop and update standards, policies, and processes for response, recovery, and mitigation operations.
• Coordinate complex training events and on-site disaster training activities.
