Job summary

Team Rubicon is seeking a highly capable training professional to lead sawyer, route clearance and roof tarping training programs. The role entails coordinating complex training events and forecasting across branches with the dedicated training team.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in military, nonprofit, or emergency management, strong facilitation, and personnel management skills, plus solid project management. This is a full-time remote position across the lower 48 states with 25% travel.
