Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Senior Training & Instructional Design Specialist to design, develop and deliver education and training programs that build competencies and improve performance across the organization.

You will serve as instructional designer for customized and standardized courses for Memorial Hermann departments, including enterprise-wide offerings, and lead content development with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in training, development, or HR learning in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with instructional design for adult learners and multiple formats (instructor-led, online, hybrid).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and delivers education programs, curricula and materials to improve performance.
• Serves as instructional designer for customized and standardized courses across Memorial Hermann departments and enterprise-wide programs.
• Facilitates training sessions and Train-the-Trainer events; evaluates outcomes and iterates content.
