Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Training Specialist III to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The role requires 10 years of curriculum development experience and at least 1 year hands-on SeaVision in operations or training.

Responsibilities

  • Trainings conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers.

  • Assess training needs and guide clients to the most appropriate training method.
  • Respond to corporate and worker service requests.
  • Consult with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services.
  • In government-supported training programs, act as case manager.

  • Training specialists must plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
  • Trainers respond to corporate and worker service requests.
  • They consult with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services.
  • In government-supported training programs, training specialists function as case managers.
  • They first assess the training needs of clients and then guide them through the most appropriate training method.
  • Job Requirements Experience:
  • 10 years professional experience in curriculum development.
  • 1 year of hands‑on experience with SeaVision, either in an operational or training environment.
  • Education:
  • Master's Level degree in education, psychology, or related Training Systems discipline.
