Job summary

Visionist, Inc. is seeking a Training Subject Matter Expert on our largest PRIME contract. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and involves developing technical training curricula, serving as an SME, and aligning training with mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree).
• 8 years of system engineering experience.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training and instructional materials.
• Experience developing or reviewing Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS).
• Experience with operating systems and networking concepts, including security, design, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training curriculum, course materials, and hands-on exercises for the training team
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing instruction, coaching, and mentorship to students and junior personnel
• Develop and review Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS) to ensure training aligns with mission requirements
• Create and maintain training pipelines with measurable milestones and adherence to established timelines
• Provide systems engineering expertise and technical documentation support to the training team and stakeholders
