Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Senior Trainer to develop and conduct training programs and auditing tools for Superior Health Plan, with the aim of improving quality and operational readiness.

The role is primarily remote with 25% travel and requires residence in Texas to be considered. You will coordinate cross-functional training, develop universal curricula, create teaching aids, evaluate program effectiveness, and communicate results to management while identifying gaps for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, four or more years in training and auditing in healthcare.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training efforts with cross-functional areas.
• Develop and administer universal training curricula and teaching aids.
• Conduct training sessions covering processes for health plan departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Audit training results and identify gaps to improve programs.
• Review and update policies and procedures.
• Travel as needed.
