Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Professional Development Manager – Attorney Training to lead comprehensive lawyer training and develop curricula across the firm. You will advise senior leaders and committees, shaping programs to advance firm goals and ensure high-quality education.

The role supports Litigation & Trial training and other firm-wide initiatives, with a hybrid/onsite schedule across major offices. JD required; 5+ years in law firm training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in legal or professional services.
• Minimum seven years of cumulative experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training curricula across practice groups and platforms.
• Advance the TACE Committee initiatives, agendas, and communications.
• Research training trends and benchmark with peers to improve programs.
• Oversee accreditation and compliance processes for training programs.
• Serve as strategic project manager for major training initiatives and partnerships.
