BCG Attorney Search seeks a Legal Training and Development Attorney to support its Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups in Seattle, Washington. The role focuses on developing and delivering training programs, advancing attorney development, and aligning learning initiatives with firm strategy.

This position follows a hybrid work model and offers opportunities to lead training initiatives, integrate legal technology including AI tools, and collaborate with partners across the firm

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience with expertise in litigation or IP.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or professional development.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to develop and implement training strategies.
• Design and execute training programs tailored to business unit needs.
• Lead training council meetings and coordinate initiatives.
• Assess training needs and create targeted development plans.
• Track associate training progress against performance benchmarks.
• Integrate legal technology and AI tools into curricula.
• Maintain and update training materials on internal platforms.
• Identify firmwide training opportunities with cross‑functional teams.
• Regularly evaluate programs and refine them as needed.
