Job summary

J.Hilburn seeks a training leader to align curriculum with the brand, CVP and regional priorities. You will identify needs, design sequenced learning paths, and drive content refresh across product launches, onboarding, and trainer development.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, field facilitation standards, and measuring business impact through Stylist productivity and client engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and development, especially for field teams or direct-selling sales force.
• Ability to translate needs into structured curricula with learning outcomes.
• Experience with blended delivery formats and content refresh cycles.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, merchandising and field leadership.
• Understanding of brand standards, CVP, and training measurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across Stylist community using performance data and field input.
• Design sequenced curricula with defined outcomes and verifiable skills checks.
• Develop blended content (digital, job aids, playbooks, video, live sessions).
• Own onboarding redesign and time-to-productivity improvements for new Stylists.
• Coordinate with regional directors and Home Office to align training roadmap and delivery.
