Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of training and/or organizational development experience in luxury fashion or retail.
• Strong styling expertise, client focus, and experience delivering formal training and presentations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a multi-market region.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% domestic) and work three days in-person at the designated office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver regional learning and styling programs for West & Hawaii.
• Coach Managers, Fashion Expertise, and drive onboarding and training effectiveness.
• Support boutique openings and regional client styling initiatives.
• Develop and execute region-wide client styling strategy and events.
• Track KPIs and Voice of Client to inform strategy and training improvements.
• Travel frequently to support multi-market training across the region.
