Short Story is seeking a Styling Team Manager to be at the heart of our Fit-First approach, crafting experiences that make getting dressed effortless and personal for millions of clients.

You will lead a sizable remote styling team, push for continuous improvement, and collaborate across CX, Operations, Merchandising, and Product to deliver measurable impact. Expect a fast-paced environment with high ownership and coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Led large remote teams of 20+ direct reports and drove transformations.
• Ability to switch between strategic planning and tactical execution.
• thrives in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical background with pivot tables and data-driven decisions.
• Works well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a delightful client experience by coaching stylists to top-tier service.
• Manage and inspire Advisors, Senior Stylists, and Stylists toward goals.
• Own metrics and take actions to meet daily, weekly, monthly targets.
• Design training programs and solve challenges with creative solutions.
• Own operations including scheduling, compliance, and timesheets.
• Collaborate with Founding Team and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Build community and integrate styling into the broader company.
• Partner with CX, Operations, Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Eng.
