Job summary

VeriPark is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs in Software Business Analysis and Software Quality Analysis. You will mentor IT professionals, align curricula to SDLC, BABOK, and ISTQB standards, and drive certification readiness across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software training or coaching IT teams.
• Expertise in SDLC, BABOK, ISTQB frameworks.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual trainings.
• Ability to design syllabus outlines, labs, and case studies.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for BA and QE roles.
• Deliver ILT/vILT sessions and mentor trainees.
• Coordinate onboarding and learning paths with certification roadmaps.
• Organize internal and vendor-led training; track progress and KPIs.
• Stay current with industry trends in BA, QA, Agile, and DevOps.
