VeriPark is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs in Software Business Analysis and Software Quality Analysis. You will mentor IT professionals, align curricula to SDLC, BABOK, and ISTQB standards, and drive certification readiness across enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

About the job:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and knowledgeable Technical Trainer specializing in Software Business Analysis and Software Quality Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact corporate and professional training programs.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise in software development lifecycles (SDLC), strong proficiency in standard frameworks such as IIBA (BABOK) and ISTQB, and a passion for mentoring aspiring IT professionals and upskilling enterprise teams.

What you will be doing:

1. Curriculum & Asset Management

• Courseware Design: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive learning materials, including syllabus outlines, slide decks, hands‑on labs, and real‑world case studies.
• Knowledge Repositories: Centralize and maintain all training content, knowledge assets, and learning repositories to ensure easy access and version control.
• Assessment Creation: Build mock interviews, practice quizzes, assignments, and mock certification exams tailored to modern software practices.

2. Instructional Delivery & Mentorship

• Classroom & Virtual Facilitation: Deliver engaging instructor‑led training (ILT/vILT) sessions covering core Business Analysis and Quality Engineering methodologies.
• Practical Bridge: Connect theoretical concepts to industry application through real‑world Agile workflows, requirement elicitation techniques, manual testing, and automated QE practices.

3. Program Coordination & Enablement

• Onboarding & Readiness: Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding and readiness programs specifically for BA and QE roles.
• Training Execution: Organize and manage both internal and external training programs, workshops, and vendor‑led sessions.
• Learning Paths & Certification Roadmaps: Maintain structured learning paths and certification roadmaps aligned with career levels.
• Communities of Practice (CoP): Support and facilitate Communities of Practice and ongoing capability development initiatives across teams.

4. Competency, Assessment & Governance

• Competency Frameworks: Support the implementation and rollout of role‑based competency frameworks.
• Skills Assessment & Gap Analysis: Conduct regular skills assessments and gap analysis activities to identify learning needs and tailor intervention plans.
• Certification Preparation: Coach and prepare trainees for industry certifications, including IIBA (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) and ISTQB (Foundation and Advanced Levels).
• KPI Tracking & Management Reporting: Track capability growth, certification rates, and overall readiness KPIs, preparing actionable progress reports for leadership.

5. Industry Alignment & Continuous Improvement

• Domain Currency: Continuously track emerging trends, tools, and best practices across Business Analysis, QA/QE, Agile, and DevOps to keep course content cutting‑edge.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5+ years of total industry experience working as a Software Business Analyst, QA Engineer, or Test Lead.
• At least 23 years of proven experience in training, corporate coaching, or academic instruction in IT domains.
• IIBA certifications (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) and/or ISTQB certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level - CTFL, Advanced) are preferred.
• Additional Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, CSPO) are a strong plus.
• Business Analysis: Requirement gathering, process modeling (BPMN), use case writing, user story creation, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Quality Analysis: Test planning, test case design, defect tracking (using Jira/Bugzilla), and familiarity with automation testing concepts (Selenium, API testing, etc.).
• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts in a simplified, structured manner.
• Strong patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
