Job summary

Contracting Resources Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Trainer to support FinCEN at the Vienna, VA office, fully on-site. A DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, along with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in training support or related fields.

The Senior Trainer will develop and deliver training on BSA data, FinCEN portal usage, and related security topics, drafting materials, and ensuring accuracy to meet milestones. Some travel to DC may be required.

Qualifications

• MUST have DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 1 year of training support, instructional design or law enforcement experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with management and staff to establish training requirements.
• Draft, edit, and finalize training materials and templates.
• Ensure materials are clear and error-free, meeting milestones.
• Manage document version control and updates.
• Prepare presentations and accompanying forms for training.
• Assist FinCEN staff for testing of new/ revised documents and portal system.
• Support Contract PM and colleagues as needed.
