Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC seeks a Data Analysis Instructor to deliver and enhance FBI data exploitation training at the Domestic HUMINT Training Center in Fredericksburg, VA, and across FBI sites nationwide.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance, Excel and Power BI expertise, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear instruction for diverse student groups. Prior mentoring and course development experience are essential.

Qualifications

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Expertise with Microsoft Excel for data transformation and analysis.
Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI to create visualizations and insights.
Ability to develop and deliver technical training from basic to advanced levels.
10+ years of relevant experience in data exploitation or intelligence analytics.

Responsibilities

Deliver and facilitate existing training on data exploitation and analysis to FBI audiences, including BDEX, IDEX, and ADEX.
Assist in HUMINT targeting course delivery.
Participate in course debriefs, feedback, and student evaluations.
Contribute to curriculum design and updates per FBI policy or program changes.
Engage with IC members to advance data exploitation practices and course maintenance.
