Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design of roadways, highways, and interstates.
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain one in Nebraska.
• Experience managing single and multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of projects with regional benefits.
• Coordinate staff to achieve project budget, schedule, and quality.
• Participate in Business Development including networking and proposal preparation.
