Responsibilities include planning, design, environmental coordination, budgeting, letting, and inspection.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Traffic Engineering principles and practices.
• Familiar with The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and NCDOT signal specifications.
• Experience reviewing engineered plans for compliance and compatibility with traffic and engineering principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising engineers and technicians.
