Position summary: Responsible for leading high-dollar, complex projects to ensure high-quality delivery through quality, schedule, and budget. The Senior PM will identify leads, support marketing efforts, and serve in a leadership role providing guidance and mentorship, ensuring projects align with JMT’s organizational goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in project management
• Business development experience

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborating with disciplines and subconsultants to develop project scopes and fees
• Developing project plans and schedules
• Managing subconsultants and project progress
