Job description

Contingent Upon Contract Award

Location for this position is flexible (anywhere within the US).

Duties:

1. Oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of this multi-faceted project;
2. Serves as Subject Matter Expert to ERO on all versions of the NDS, PBNDS 2008, and PBNDS 2011;
3. Responsible for ensuring that ERO receives the support services for which the Contractor is responsible;
4. Interfaces with the COR as required to meet contract requirements;
5. Coordinates with the COR to forecast both ERO and Contractor needs in an environment of shifting priorities and changing workloads;
6. Analyzes and provides recommendations to work processes;
7. Compiles reports based on the Contractor's performance during specified and cumulative periods.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree plus ten (10) years' related work experience in detention, corrections, or related criminal justice field;
• Ten (10) years of experience in the management of a detention, corrections, or other criminal justice related confinement facility with five (5) years of experience in the capacity of Warden, CEO, or Chief Administrator;
• Eight (8) years of program management experience;
• Five (5) years of experience inspecting/auditing detention or correctional facilities; and possess the qualifications required by one of the four SME specialty fields.
