WSP is seeking a Senior Traffic Operator based in Newark, NJ. You will join our Mobility Operations Team and work with Port Authority staff, technicians, engineers, and law enforcement to manage multiple assignments and ensure safe, efficient movement around airport terminals.
Key responsibilities include monitoring traffic mitigation measures, coordinating with agencies such as NJ Turnpike and NJ Transit, completing SaabSafe modules, maintaining logs, and briefing the Project/Operations Manager
This role will be based out of Newark, NJ.
Candidates would be involved in projects with our Mobility Operations Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
The EWR-AOC/PNEPAMT-POC Traffic Operator will interact/coordinate with Port Authority staff, such as, Operations staff, Technicians, Engineers, and/or law enforcement during work assignments. The Traffic Operator will manage multiple assignments and interact with Port Authority and non-Port Authority staff while maintaining good working relationships at all times. Expected Compensation (all locations): $29/hr - $36/hr
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
