The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a strong understanding of traffic design standards, and a minimum of 12 years of experience in traffic engineering design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in traffic engineering design.
• Strong knowledge of traffic design standards and practices.
• Registration as a P.E. in Virginia is preferred.
