Qualifications

5-8 years of transportation and/or traffic engineering experience.
BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply senior-level technical expertise to traffic analysis, corridor studies and traffic modeling.
Lead planning, work distribution, schedule adherence and budgeting on complex projects.
Assist in marketing, including proposal generation.
Develop scope of work and estimates; manage delivery within scope and budget.
Ensure accuracy of the project team's technical work.
Provide guidance and mentoring to team members on complex projects.
Coordinate project aspects with clients and teaming partners.
Plan schedules and workload distribution across disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by Traffic Group Manager.
