Ideal candidates have INDOT project experience and can manage multiple projects with deadlines, in a flexible work setup that may include hybrid arrangements in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Experience in the design and construction of municipal, or state highway or transportation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience on INDOT projects.

Responsibilities

• Join our highway design team to support the planning, design, and construction of a variety of projects.
• Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals.
• Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions.
• Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers.
