Consor is seeking a Traffic Engineering Professional Engineer in Dallas to lead planning, analysis, and delivery of traffic engineering for complex transportation projects. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

This hybrid role requires a BS in Civil Engineering (Transportation), PE license, 4–10+ years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ORD, and traffic analysis tools like Synchro, VISSIM, or HCS.

Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Transportation.
• PE license.
• 4–10+ years of direct traffic engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of traffic engineering design plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Design and oversee traffic control systems including signals, signing, pavement markings, lighting, and work zone traffic control.
• Perform and review traffic engineering calculations, modeling, and analyses to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate and mentor multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Support QC reviews, scheduling, risk management, and coordination of traffic-related design deliverables.
• Interpret intersection, corridor, and multimodal studies as they relate to design and construction plans.
