Qualifications

• Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification or 2000+ verifiable hours required.
• High School Diploma or GED completion required.
• Prior experience preferred in temporary traffic control services, utility, or construction industry.
• Valid Driver’s License void of suspension or revocation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain traffic control devices according to guidelines.
• Control road users at a Flagger Station using hand signals.
• Drive a company vehicle safely and transport equipment.
• Notify Supervisor of any potential safety issues.

Skills

Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification

Verbal and nonverbal communication skills

Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office

Ability to follow safe workplace practices
