Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is the leading national provider of traffic safety products and services, seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor II to oversee operations on state and local roadways. You will set up lane closures, redirect traffic, and lead crews to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires ATSSA certification, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel statewide. Expect safety training delivery, equipment transport, and rigorous documentation duties in a dynamic field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
• Must complete ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor advanced training.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily traffic control crews, including technicians and flaggers.
• Set up, monitor, and remove lane closures on highways.
• Direct traffic for workers and survey teams to ensure safety.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to crew members.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and timesheets.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and manage inventory.
