Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of production engineering or related role.
- Experience with electronic trading or front-office platforms.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on production engineering and technical support for critical electronic trading systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with traders and engineering teams.
- Support the full trading lifecycle: order entry, execution, market connectivity, market data and trade processing.
- Own production incidents from RCA to permanent resolution.
- Monitor platform health and improve reliability and resilience of the trading environment.
- Manage production changes, releases and deployments across trading applications.
- Develop and improve monitoring, alerting and automation to reduce manual intervention.
